Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorneys. The ideal candidates will have experience in handling a variety of insurance defense matters but experience with construction defect is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Initial case handling. Communication with Claims and insureds.
Conduct depositions, oral arguments, and hearings
Evaluation of claims
Negotiate settlements and manage client reporting
Plan and prepare for trial including to adherence to all deadlines, etc.
Trial experience Preferred
