We are currently seeking a Speech‑Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) who is passionate about pediatric therapy and eager to grow within a supportive, team‑oriented environment.
About the Role
As an SLPA at Treehouse, you will work closely with licensed Speech‑Language Pathologists to support individualized treatment plans for children across home, school, and clinic‑based settings. You’ll deliver engaging, evidence‑based therapy that feels natural, motivating, and fun for the child—while being fully supported by strong clinical leadership and clear systems.
This role is ideal for someone who values collaboration, consistency, and making a real difference in the lives of children and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Implement treatment plans using play‑based and child‑centered approaches
- Support children with expressive/receptive language, articulation, social communication, and related goals
- Maintain timely and accurate session documentation in alignment with company standards
- Communicate professionally with supervising SLPs, families, and team members
- Uphold Treehouse values of warmth, respect, and family‑centered care
Qualifications
- Active Florida SLPA license
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Pediatric experience preferred (school, clinic, home‑based, or early intervention)
- Strong organizational skills and comfort with documentation requirements
- Reliable transportation for community‑based services

Pay: $33.53 - $35.50 per hour
