Full Job Description

If you are an energetic, motivated and skilled Physician who is passionate about helping and treating patients, we have the perfect job opportunity for you!

We are looking for a committed Physician to join our amazing team and provide top-notch care to each and every one of our patients.

Responsibilities Include
Providing assessments and consulting on patients at several area Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, In-Patient Rehabs and our Clinics.
Providing medical oversight of patient care and rehabilitation.
Serving as the collaborating physician for existing Nurse Practitioners.

Physician Requirements and Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
Valid license to practice the profession.
Board Certified/Board Eligible serving the geriatric community.
Opportunity to see patients in PCP offices, Skilled Nursing Facilities, In-Patient Rehabs and Assisted Living Facilities.
Knowledge of examination procedures, methodologies and diagnostics.
Knowledge of medication/drugs, related side effects and contraindications.
Outstanding patient management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail.
Training and support will be provided.
