Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our dynamic legal team.

Responsibilities

Answering the phones in a timely manner. Scheduling and confirming appointments, mail intake and distribution. Filing documents with the court. Assist with estate planning documents, purging files, scanning, filing and other miscellaneous duties

Skills

Would prefer legal experience, but not necessary.

Proficiency in verbal and written communication. Dependable and reliable with prompt attendance. Ability to work independently and with others. Follow instructions and pay attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, WordPerfect, Excel, Outlook)
Exceptional proofreading abilities to ensure error-free documentation.

Organizational skills essential for managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
