We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Associate Dentist to join our established holistic dental practice in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, with the opportunity for future partnership, buy-in, or practice ownership.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dentist who is looking for more than simply an associate position. Our ideal candidate is someone who would like to become an integral part of an established practice, build meaningful relationships with our patients and team, and potentially transition into an ownership role.

Our practice takes a whole-body approach to dentistry and has built a loyal patient base that values thoughtful, personalized care. We focus on identifying and addressing the underlying causes of dental and oral health concerns rather than simply treating symptoms.

Our approach incorporates holistic and biologic dentistry, airway-focused care, minimally invasive treatment, and an emphasis on the connection between oral health and overall wellness.

We are looking for a dentist who shares—or is genuinely interested in learning—this philosophy of care.

The associate dentist will provide comprehensive general dental care while becoming familiar with our patients, team, systems, and philosophy.

For the right candidate, this position offers a unique opportunity to develop into a long-term partnership, equity buy-in, or eventual practice ownership/transition.

The exact structure and timeline would be mutually determined based on fit, experience, performance, and the goals of both the associate and current practice owner.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality comprehensive general dentistry
Develop individualized treatment plans with an emphasis on conservative and whole-body care
Educate patients and help them understand their treatment options
Build long-term, trusting relationships with patients
Collaborate with our clinical and administrative team
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Participate in continuing education and professional development
Learn and embrace the practice's holistic, biologic, and airway-centered philosophy
Contribute to the continued growth and future direction of the practice

We are looking for a dentist who is:

Licensed or eligible for dental license in Michigan
Patient-centered, compassionate, and an excellent communicator
Confident providing comprehensive general dentistry
Interested in holistic, biologic, integrative, and/or airway-focused dentistry
Open to learning new approaches and continuing education
Interested in establishing roots within a practice and community
Entrepreneurial and interested in the business side of dentistry
Potentially interested in partnership or practice ownership
Collaborative and comfortable working within a close-knit team

Experience with holistic or biologic dentistry is a plus, but not required. We are willing to work with the right dentist who has a genuine interest in learning and embracing our approach.
