The Role

As the Assistant General Manager, you will be the driving force behind our daily operations, culture, and guest experience. Working side-by-side with the General Manager and the culinary leadership team, you will lead a dedicated front-of-house staff, maintain rigorous operational standards, and ensure every service executes flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities

Floor Leadership: Cultivate a high-energy, hospitable floor presence during peak service hours, actively engaging with guests and supporting the service team.
Team Development: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a passionate front-of-house team, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and mutual respect.
Operational Excellence: Maintain the highest standards of hospitality, cleanliness, safety, and step-of-service execution.
Financial Stewardship: Assist with labor optimization, inventory controls, and operational oversight to drive profitability without compromising quality.
Beverage & Inventory Support: Help oversee ordering, beverage program execution, and maintain strong standards for product quality and presentation.

What We Are Looking For

The Experience: 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a polished casual, fine dining, or high-volume boutique restaurant environment.
The Vibe: A natural leader with an infectious positive energy, excellent communication skills, and a "lead by example" work ethic.
The Skillset: Sharp operational intuition, a deep appreciation for food and beverage culture, and proficiency with modern restaurant tech (POS, scheduling, and inventory software).
The Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
