We specialize in trauma, PTSD/C-PTSD, attachment wounds, dissociation, parts work, and EMDR-informed therapy delivered by warm, highly trained clinicians. Our reputation for compassionate, high-quality trauma treatment has created a consistent flow of referrals from clients seeking meaningful, long-term healing.

Our administrative team manages referrals, scheduling, billing, insurance coordination, credentialing, and marketing so you can devote your energy to clinical work—not paperwork, insurance hassles, or practice management.

Compensation & Benefits

Expected annual earnings of $80,000–$110,000+, depending on experience, schedule, and caseload.
Strong referral flow supported by ongoing marketing.

What You'll Do

Provide psychotherapy to individuals and/or couples using trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches.
Build meaningful therapeutic relationships rooted in compassion and authenticity.
Collaboratively develop and update treatment plans.
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
Participate in optional consultation and continuing education opportunities.
Uphold Loving Circle Counseling's commitment to ethical, inclusive, client-centered care.

QualificationsRequired

Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
Active Michigan LPC, LMSW, LMFT, or LP license.
Minimum of 2 years of psychotherapy experience strongly preferred.
Commitment to ethical, trauma-informed, inclusive care.

Preferred

Training in EMDR, IFS, or other trauma-focused approaches.
EMDR-trained clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply.
Clinicians interested in pursuing EMDR training are also encouraged to apply.

Due to insurance panel requirements, we are only able to consider fully licensed Michigan clinicians (LPC, LMSW, LMFT, or LP). We are not hiring limited-license clinicians at this time.
