The smallest job working still pays a MINIMUM of at least $100 - PLUS TIPS. That is the absolute least you will be paid for your time!
Larger Jobs pay as much as $450 per day PLUS TIPS for over-the-road jobs. We also offer per diem for overnight trips as well (hotel rooms are covered by us).
Time and a half paid on 7th day of work and holidays
NEW OPTION FOR SALARY POSITIONS (limited):
You can reasonably expect Driver's Gratuity/Tips to add an additional $50 to $100 a day. This is separate from our pay listed previously.
Must have CDL with A OR B brakes, and a Passenger Endorsement
We are looking for Full-time drivers or at least Part-time drivers that have open availability, can do overnight trips, and can handle "Over the Road" trips.
Must be willing to do drug/alcohol testing. This is a DOT requirement.
Must have a current Med Card w/ long-form.
This job is not about carrying just any cargo. YOU MUST BE GOOD WITH PEOPLE.
This is for driving Charter Motor Coaches/Buses. We understand they are different than Semi-Trucks. There is a small learning curve with these types of vehicles and we are understanding of this when hiring.
If you only have experience with Semi-trucks (and have a CDL with P endorsement) but like people, are motivated, can learn/follow directions, and have a safe driving record... We would be willing to train you with these vehicles. But you must have a CDL B or higher with P Endorsement.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate motor coaches, ensuring the comfort and safety of passengers.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while providing excellent customer service.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle was in optimal condition.
- Communicate effectively with passengers and provide assistance as needed.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge for basic maintenance and troubleshooting when required.

- Safe - It is a must that our drivers operate the motorcoach in a safe manner at all times.
- Customer Service - Our drivers must be able to communicate with our customers in a professional manner. Drivers who don't have that motivation to interact and provide fantastic customer service will not do well. You must love to work with customers. This will benefit you in more ways than just gratuities.
- Availability - If you have a very limited schedule we can sometimes work around it. But if a driver has really good availability, we can get them on the schedule more often.
- Good Person - You have to treat your co-workers with respect. You have to do the right thing and make unselfish decisions when you are out on the road. We have cultivated a great work atmosphere here and need everyone's help to continue to have a great work atmosphere.
