As a Concession Stand Team Member, you will play an essential role in delivering high-quality food, exceptional customer service, and a clean, safe environment. Primary Responsibilities
As a Concession Stand Team Member, your responsibilities may include:
Customer Service
- Welcome every guest with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Answer guest questions regarding menu items and promotions.
- Provide fast, courteous, and professional service.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally or refer them to a manager when necessary.
- Help create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to return.
Food Preparation
- Prepare menu items according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Cook and assemble food safely and efficiently.
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation.
- Follow proper portion sizes and serving procedures.
- Ensure all food is served at safe temperatures.
Cash Handling
- Operate the POS system accurately.
- Process cash, credit card, and digital payments.
- Balance assigned cash drawers as required.
- Maintain accountability for all transactions.
- Follow company cash handling procedures.
Cleaning & Sanitation
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Clean equipment, counters, and work surfaces regularly.
- Wash dishes and utensils as assigned.
- Complete opening and closing cleaning duties.
Inventory & Stocking
- Restock food, beverages, paper products, and supplies.
- Rotate inventory using the First In, First Out (FIFO) method.
- Notify management when products are running low.
- Assist with inventory counts when requested.
Teamwork
- Assist coworkers during busy periods.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Perform assigned tasks efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain a positive attitude while supporting team success.
Qualifications
Successful candidates should demonstrate:

Previous food service or customer service experience is preferred but not required. We are happy to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn.
Physical Requirements
Employees should be able to:

- Work in both hot and cold kitchen environments.
- Perform repetitive tasks using hands and arms.
- Safely operate kitchen equipment after training.
