Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Executive Director to lead our organization with passion, strategic insight, and a commitment to excellence. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of program development, staff supervision, and community engagement to ensure the delivery of high-quality social services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, and a deep understanding of social service program management. Join us in making a meaningful difference by guiding our team toward innovative solutions and sustainable growth.

Duties

Provide strategic leadership and direction to all organizational programs, ensuring alignment with mission and community needs
Oversee program development, implementation, and evaluation to maintain high standards of service delivery
Manage relationships with clients, community partners, funders, and stakeholders to foster collaboration and trust
Supervise social service program staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and professional development
Develop and monitor organizational budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and compliance with funding requirements
Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and organizational policies related to social services and behavioral health
Lead technical projects and oversee program management initiatives to enhance service effectiveness and efficiency

Skills

Extensive experience working with youth with disabilities and from underserved communities
Strong relationship management skills to build partnerships within the community and with stakeholders
Proven management experience in social services or related fields, including staff supervision and team management
Excellent administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation, reporting, and communication
Demonstrated leadership in social services administration with experience in program development and compliance oversight
Exceptional writing skills for reports and client communication
Experience supervising behavioral health programs or social work teams is preferred
Skilled in budgeting, financial oversight, and ensuring organizational sustainability
