Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) – Experienced Provider (4+ Years)

Salary: $110,000–$120,000 per year + Bonus Opportunities

Nile Women's Health Care is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and patient-centered Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) with 4+ years of clinical experience to join our collaborative, physician-supported women's healthcare team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned midwife who values clinical autonomy, collaborative care, and a practice committed to delivering exceptional outcomes while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Full-scope midwifery including prenatal, labor & delivery, postpartum, and outpatient gynecologic care
Office-based and hospital-based responsibilities

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a confident midwife who enjoys practicing independently while collaborating closely with physicians and fellow providers.

The ideal candidate will have:

4+ years of Certified Nurse Midwife experience
Experience managing full-scope obstetric care
Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
Passion for delivering compassionate, evidence-based care
Commitment to patient education and continuity of care
Desire to contribute to a collaborative, positive workplace culture

Qualifications

Active Georgia RN license
Current Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) certification
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Midwifery program
Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AFM) Certification (required for hospital credentialing)
Current BLS and NRP certifications
Eligible for medical staff credentialing
Minimum 4 years of practicing experience as a Certified Nurse Midwife preferred
