Full Job Description

We're a sales and development firm in Dallas and we're growing, which means we need people who can do more than just sell. We're looking for someone who have confidence in their sales ability, and are excited about leadership, coaching, and management. If this sounds like you, our Entry Level Manager role fits perfectly!

This isn't a management title with no substance behind it. You'll start by learning the sales process for each of our clients, hitting key performance metrics, and then stepping into a management role where you're the one developing the people around you. If that sounds like the kind of challenge you're looking for, keep reading.

What You'll Do As An Entry Level Manager:

Get out in the field and run direct-to-consumer sales — this is a role where you lead by example, not from a desk
Help train and onboard new sales agents, walking them through the process the same way you learned it
Coach your team through daily debriefs, campaign team meetings, and honest one-on-one feedback
Keep a close eye on individual and team KPIs so you know exactly where to push and where to help as an Entry Level Manager
Run daily huddles that actually move the needle (goal setting, performance reviews, and keeping the energy high)
Hold your team to real standards: activity metrics, sales targets, and how they show up professionally
Bring performance insights back to other Entry Level Managers and Senior leadership and help shape the strategy going forward

A communicator who can motivate people on a good day and have the hard conversation when it's needed

Some background in sales, leadership, or customer-facing work is great — but we'll train the right person from scratch
