Sales Representative (1099 Commission Only)

Titan Consulting & Contracting LLC

Eastern Iowa | Iowa City, Cedar Rapids, Davenport, Waterloo, Dubuque & Surrounding

Areas

Compensation: $50,000 - $200,000+ annually, Commission Only (1099 Independent

Contractor). There is no commission cap.

Titan Consulting & Contracting LLC is seeking motivated, self-driven Sales Representatives

to help homeowners with roofing, siding, gutters, windows, storm restoration, and exterior

improvement projects throughout Eastern Iowa.

This is not a traditional 9-to-5 sales job. We are looking for individuals who want to take

ownership of their success, control their income, and build a long-term career with

virtually unlimited earning potential.

Whether you're an experienced sales professional or someone eager to learn and develop

a high-income skill, we provide the systems, training, support, and leadership to help you

succeed.

What You'll Do

Generate new leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, networking, and

self-generated opportunities

Meet with homeowners to inspect properties and discuss project needs
Build and maintain relationships with prospects and customers
Follow up consistently on active leads and existing projects
Update CRM and project information daily
Work your pipeline to ensure every opportunity continues moving forward
Maintain consistent lead generation activity
Track doors knocked, conversations held, appointments set, and jobs sold
Follow up on all active projects and customer communications
Attend team meetings, trainings, and coaching sessions
Review personal sales performance and activity metrics
Manage your schedule and territory effectively
Consistently close new projects
Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities Achieve agreed upon sales goals and production expectations
Continue personal and professional development
Mentor newer reps as leadership opportunities become available

Generate new leads daily

Strive to close 30-40%+ of qualified opportunities
Continuously improve their sales process and presentation

Requirements you MUST Have:

Valid driver's license
Reliable vehicle
Smartphone and internet access
Ability to travel throughout assigned territory
Strong work ethic
Professional appearance
Positive attitude
Ability to work independently without constant supervision

Preferred Requirements: Sales experience

Door-to-door sales experience
Roofing, construction, restoration, or home improvement knowledge
CRM experience
No industry experience required for the right candidate. We will train motivated

individuals.
