Full Job Description

Hospice RN Clinical Liaison

Location: Boston & South Shore, MA
Salary: $100,000–$123,000/year
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Hospice RN Clinical Liaison to develop referral relationships and promote hospice services throughout hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and the medical community. This role combines clinical expertise, relationship building, education, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, case managers, social workers, discharge planners, facilities, and other referral sources.
Conduct regular outreach to generate referrals and support census growth.
Educate patients, families, and healthcare professionals on hospice services and philosophy.
Assist with determining hospice eligibility when appropriate.
Conduct initial patient/family meetings and obtain consents for hospice care.
Represent hospice services professionally and serve as a clinical resource to referral partners.
Support agency growth and establish the organization as a preferred hospice provider.

Qualifications

Current, unrestricted RN license.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or healthcare preferred.
At least 1 year of healthcare sales/marketing experience.
Hospice or palliative care marketing experience strongly preferred.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
Ability to develop and maintain referral relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance required.
