SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

The Senior Project Manager – Marketing is responsible for leading high-impact, cross-functional projects that support the strategic goals of the Marketing department. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills to manage complex initiatives from concept to completion. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at aligning project outcomes with business objectives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Project Leadership & Execution
Lead the end-to-end management of marketing-related projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations aligned with marketing and business strategies.
Identifypotential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
Monitor and report on project milestones and deliverables, keeping key stakeholders informed with regular updates.
Oversee project execution for e-commerce initiatives, including website enhancements, product launches, and digital merchandising campaigns.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Serve as the primary liaison among project teams, marketing leadership, and external partners.
Facilitate regular status meetings and ensure transparent communication around goals, progress, and obstacles.
Foster collaboration across departments to ensure alignment on project priorities and execution.

Strategic Planning & Process Optimization
Drive operational excellence through process improvements and best practices in project management.
Partner with Marketing leadership to support strategic initiatives through data-driven insights and recommendations.
Advocate for andimplementscalable workflows that improve team efficiency and delivery.
Manage andallocateproject resources effectively to maximize productivity.
Track and manage project budgets, ensuring financial discipline and accountability.
Collaborate with Finance and Marketing leadership to plan andoptimizeresource needs.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

5–7 years of project management experience within marketing, innovation, or cross-functional business environments.
Proven ability to lead complex projects and deliver measurable results.
Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Expertisein project management software (e.g., Asana, Microsoft Project, Google Sheets).
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and deadline-driven setting.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies (certificationa plus).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, ora relatedfieldrequired.
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration (MBA), or related discipline preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP), CertifiedAssociate in Project Management(CAPM), or other relevant certification preferred.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

No direct reports

WORK ENVIRONMENT

In-office work environment – Woodbury, Long Island, New York.

Occasional travel or off-site coordination may be required for specific projects.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed for event or promotional support.
