Account Executive – B2B Sales | Office Furniture Warehouse Base Salary + Commission | $85K–$120K+ Year-One OTE | Uncapped Commission

What you'll do:

You'll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery to proposal, close, and handoff. That means building a pipeline through outbound outreach, inbound leads, and your own network; running discovery calls to uncover what clients actually need; crafting tailored solutions across OFW's full suite of services; and managing relationships in HubSpot to keep your pipeline tight and your follow-ups timely.

No two clients are the same. You'll work with office managers, CFOs, HR leaders, and everyone in between — so versatility and genuine curiosity go a long way here.

Who you are:

You don't need to know office furniture. You need to know how to earn trust, ask the right questions, and close. Specifically, we're looking for someone who:

Has at least 1 year of customer-facing sales or communication experience
Communicates clearly and confidently — in person, on video, in writing
Manages their time and pipeline without being micromanaged
Sees objections as puzzles to solve, not walls to hit
Operates with integrity and takes ownership of outcomes

Familiarity with HubSpot, Microsoft Office, or QuickBooks is a plus — not a requirement.
