We offer the following

Currently hiring for evening shifts (3p-9p), and sleep overnight shifts (9p-9a)
Great “side gig” for nurses/CNAs, teachers, social workers, etc., or resume builder for students-get hands-on experience while earning your degree.
Starting hourly wage of 20.00 /hour for awake pay. $12 for sleep hours.
PTO and additional benefits after 30 days of employment, and successful completion of probationary period

Principal Accountabilities

Support client in activities of daily living, light personal cares, medication management, household maintenance, and community involvement
Provide support based on knowledge and understanding of client's needs.
Maintain accurate, detailed, and thorough documentation
Ensure the well-being of the client, and maintain a safe, positive, and supportive environment
Engage with client in activities and interactions designed to achieve goals towards greater independence

Client Services: Community Integration

Attend meetings and continued training as needed
Transport clients to recreational activities in the community
Assist clients in developing and maintaining social and family supports
Engage clients in activities that contribute to an overall improvement of their quality of life

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Must be 18 years or older
1-2 years of experience working with individuals with memory care needs, elderly, AND/OR associate or bachelor's degree in nursing, social work, psychology, or other related area of study.
Proficiency in the English language is required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to tolerate medium to physical effort including walking, standing, lifting, stooping, squatting, bending, and reaching
Possess a valid driver’s license, car insurance and own dependable transportation
Successful completion of caregiver background check and necessary trainings
Ability to read, write and follow directions and care plans
Proof of citizenship
