Primary Responsibilities

Fulfill IDPH requirements to maintain good standing for your IL Registered Nurse licensure
Fulfill IDPH requirements to earn/maintain approval as a Clinical Theory Instructor in a Basic Nurses Aid Training Program
Participate in the planning, coordination, and instruction of caregivers going through the CNA program
Direct clinical services as per agency scope of practice and provide overall coordination and evaluation for Nurse Directed Services
Assess and recommend care plan changes as necessary for our clients in regards to Nurse Directed Services
Assist the rest of the office team in completing Supervisory Visits to evaluate caregivers while out in the field

Qualifications

Current Illinois Registered Nurse license in good standing with a minimum of 2 years experience as a registered professional nurse
Experience as an instructor teaching in an accredited nurse training program or a nursing assistant training program
Valid driver's license, active car insurance, and your own vehicle
Tremendous interpersonal skills with the intrinsic motivation to excel
Ability to work a semi-flexible schedule and travel to clients
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Currently eligible for employment as determined by the IDPH Healthcare Worker Registry
