- Pay Range:$29–$35/hour (commensurate with education and experience)
- Reports To: Clinical Supervisor / Clinical Director

This position is designed specifically for Master’s‑level clinicians with experience in education or school‑based services who are pursuing—or plan to pursue—BCBA certification.

Position Overview
The Assistant Clinical Supervisor supports the oversight and delivery of school‑based ABA programs under the guidance of a BCBA. The role blends clinical programming, staff mentoring, and systems‑level collaboration within K‑12 environments.
Responsibilities are intentionally scaffolded to prepare candidates for independent BCBA practice, with increasing autonomy based on demonstrated competence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support functional behavior assessments (FBA) and behavior intervention plans (BIP)
- Monitor student progress using data‑driven decision making
- Assist with treatment plan updates under BCBA supervision
- Ensure fidelity of interventions across classroom and campus settings
Staff Support & Coaching
- Provide real‑time feedback to Behavior Technicians and instructional staff
- Model effective ABA strategies within classroom environments
- Support onboarding and professional skill development of school‑based staff
Supervision & Professional Development
- Participate in case reviews, leadership meetings, and clinical consultations
- Develop skills in clinical documentation, ethical decision‑making, and supervision
- Gradually assume increased responsibility based on readiness and performance
Required Qualifications (Applicants Must Have)
- Master’s degree (MA/MS) in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a closely related field
- Experience providing services in educational or school‑based settings
- Eligible to accrue BCBA supervision hours under BACB guidelines
- Strong professional judgment, organization, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience mentoring staff, paraprofessionals, or educators
- Familiarity with IEPs, multidisciplinary teams, and school‑based service models
