Troy Plane State Farm is looking for a motivated, competitive, and sales-focused insurance professional to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying customer needs, closing sales, and consistently working toward production goals.
We are currently seeking candidates who are already licensed in Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance.

What You'll Do
Generate new business by identifying prospects and converting opportunities into customers.

Conduct needs-based conversations to uncover insurance and financial service opportunities.

- Sell and cross-sell State Farm products, including auto, home, life, and other insurance products.
Proactively contact leads, prospects, and existing customers to create sales opportunities.

Develop strong customer relationships that lead to additional products, referrals, and long-term retention.

Conduct insurance reviews and identify gaps in customers' existing coverage.

Follow up consistently with prospects and customers to move opportunities through the sales process.

- Meet or exceed established sales, activity, and production goals.
Provide prompt, accurate, and professional service while recognizing opportunities to deepen customer relationships.

Maintain accurate customer and prospect information and follow agency sales processes.

What We're Looking For
Our strongest candidates will have:
- Current Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance licensing.
Previous insurance sales experience strongly preferred.

- A demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals or quotas.
Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and closing skills.

Confidence discussing insurance products and making recommendations based on customer needs.

A results-oriented mindset and willingness to be accountable for production goals.

Strong communication and follow-up skills.

Self-motivation, organization, and attention to detail.

The ability to manage multiple prospects and customer needs simultaneously.

Knowledge of life insurance products is highly valued.

A desire to grow professionally and take on greater responsibility within the agency.

Experience in insurance sales, inside sales, outside sales, business development, retail sales, account management, or other performance-based sales environments may be especially relevant.
