Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and friendly Front Desk Attendant to serve as the welcoming face of our newly refurbished 58 room resort. In this role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support office management tasks. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will ensure a smooth and professional experience for visitors, clients, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative and customer support skills in a dynamic environment.

Duties

Greet visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and enthusiasm, creating a warm first impression
Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, helping customers with reservations
Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, or in person with clear communication and courteous service
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring all materials are current and accessible
Support office management tasks such as filing, data entry, calendar management, and document proofreading

Skills

Agilisys/Versa experience preferred but not required
Proven experience in front desk operations or office management roles with strong clerical skills
Excellent customer service abilities with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in computer literacy including typing accuracy, data entry, filing systems, and document proofreading
Ability to manage time effectively while supporting administrative tasks such as calendar management and personal assistance duties

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
