We are seeking a high-energy, articulate Outside Sales Rep / Channel Partner Manager to join our mission of advancing life-saving emergency medical technology. This role requires a confident problem-solver who can navigate the medical device landscape and build lasting relationships with distributors and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calling and lead qualification.
- Respond to and convert inbound leads from both existing and potential customers.
- Travel to distributors and end-users to build relationships and support their life-saving safety protocols.
- Support Distributor sales channels, providing quotes and technical support for their end-users.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with independent manufacturer sales reps.
- Manage account data and sales pipelines accurately within the company CRM.
- Prepare and submit timely expense reports for reimbursement of travel, phone, and technology costs.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute targeted promotional campaigns for the AutoTQ product line.
- Represent Golden Hour Medical at regional conferences and industry trade shows.
Desired Skills & Experience
- At least two years of experience in safety / medical device sales to hazardous industries such as construction or manufacturing.
- Experience in distributor sales is highly preferred.
- Highly motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Resilient approach to outbound sales and rejection.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Spanish bilingual is a plus.
- Ability to learn complex medical/technical information quickly.
- Proficient in Google Drive, MS Office, and CRM software environments.
Compensation
Earning Potential: $60,000 — $250,000+ (At plan / Uncapped Commission). Competitive Base Salary + Performance-Based Bonuses.
Allowances: Dedicated Technology and Gas allowances.
Reimbursements: Simple expense reporting for travel and phone costs.
