Full Job Description

Trademark Litigation Paralegal – TTAB Experience Required

100% Remote

Base Salary: 135,000-150,000+

A top ranked national law firm is seeking an experienced Trademark Litigation Paralegal to join its growing intellectual property litigation practice.

This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced litigation paralegal with Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) experience and a strong background in trademark litigation.

What We’re Looking For

4+ years of litigation paralegal experience
TTAB experience is required
Strong trademark litigation experience
Experience with TTAB opposition and cancellation proceedings
Familiarity with TTAB filings, procedures, deadlines, and TTABVUE
Experience supporting litigation from case intake through discovery, trial, and potential appeal
Prior law firm experience required
Strong e-discovery, document production, deposition, and trial preparation experience
Experience with electronic filing, Westlaw, PACER, and litigation support technology
California candidates must satisfy applicable California paralegal requirements

Key Responsibilities

Assist attorneys throughout TTAB inter partes proceedings, including oppositions and cancellations
Prepare and file Notices of Opposition, Petitions to Cancel, Answers, Amended Pleadings, Counterclaims, and Affirmative Defenses
Draft and file consent motions, extensions, suspension motions, and stipulations
Maintain TTAB deadlines, service requirements, proofs of service, and TTABVUE records
Draft pleadings, discovery documents, subpoenas, deposition notices, and other litigation materials
Coordinate document productions, privilege logs, exhibits, and e-discovery
Assist with deposition, hearing, and trial preparation
Conduct trademark enforcement investigations involving USPTO applications and potential unauthorized trademark use
Research and preserve online and social media evidence for litigation matters
Work closely with attorneys, experts, co-counsel, and litigation support teams
