Starting Pay: $20/hour

Opportunities for higher pay based on experience, certifications, years of service, and specialty program assignments
Additional pay opportunities in select specialty programs

$2,000 Sign-On Bonus

Earn $500 for every 500 hours worked (max $2,000)

12-Hour Shifts

What You'll Do

Provide safe, compassionate, and professional non-emergency patient care and transportation
Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare partners
Represent KQT with professionalism, integrity, and compassion
Work alongside a team dedicated to exceeding expectations every day

What We're Looking For

Current EMT certification in Pennsylvania
Valid driver's license required and EMSVO certification required
Current CPR certification
Additional certifications (BTLS, PALS, NALS, ACLS, etc.) may qualify for higher pay
High school diploma or GED
Successful completion of background check and child abuse clearance
Strong attendance, reliability, and professionalism
Comfortable using computers for scheduling, communication, charting, and timekeeping
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting and moving patients, operating stretchers and stair chairs, and working in a fast-paced environment
