General Manager – Roofing Operations
Renegade Roofing Co. | Deerfield Beach, FL
Pay: $100,000–$250,000+/year (commission + draws + profit share)

Several years ago, I was involved in a near-fatal motorcycle accident that took me out of the business I spent 20 years building. I'm back, I'm ready to push hard, and I'm looking for one key person to build with me.

Renegade Roofing Co. has nearly two decades in South Florida — state licensed in both roofing and general contracting, with strong market presence across Broward and Palm Beach County. The foundation is solid. What we're building now is the next chapter, and for the right person, this is a rare ground-floor opportunity with real upside.

This is not just a job. This is a partnership with a clear path to three income streams, a growing team you build and lead, and profit sharing as we scale. If you're effective, we'll both do extremely well.

What You're Walking Into

The owner handles all digital marketing, referral programs, direct mail campaigns around active job sites, admin, payroll, and financials. You are not alone. You will be heavily supported, especially during ramp-up.

Your job is sales and sales growth. As revenue scales, we hire a full-time production manager together — that's our first hire. From there, you recruit and train your own sales team and earn overrides on every rep you bring up.

Three ways to earn:

Personal commissions on every job you close
Override commissions on reps you train and manage
Profit sharing tied to company performance as we scale

Full-time, in-person role based in Deerfield Beach, FL.

Responsibilities

Drive residential roofing sales through inspections, estimates, and contract closings
Pursue select commercial and property management accounts as opportunities arise
Manage lead generation and marketing execution
Assist with production coordination and quality control during ramp-up — light load at startup, temporary until we hire a dedicated production manager
Build operational systems and team accountability structures
Recruit, train, and lead additional sales reps as revenue grows — earning overrides on their production
Report directly to ownership with weekly KPI updates

Requirements

5+ years roofing sales experience — you've personally closed contracts
Proven track record closing roofing contracts
Must be based in Broward or Palm Beach County
Able to perform roof inspections as needed
Unquestionable integrity — we build on trust
Highly accountable — you own your results, good or bad
Exceptional communicator — with customers, crews, and ownership
Self-starter who thrives without hand-holding — you bet on yourself

Compensation

Draws against commission, paid on collected revenue as jobs close
Commission paid on every job you personally close
Override commissions on reps you recruit and train
Profit sharing tied to company performance as revenue scales
Long-term performance incentives for the right candidate
Earning potential: $100,000–$250,000+ annually based on performance
