Experienced Personal Injury Medical Assistant / Front Desk – Immediate Opening
Personal Injury experience is STRONGLY PREFERRED. Please apply only if you have worked in a Personal Injury medical practice or in a related field.
We are a high-volume, fast-paced Pain Management practice seeking an experienced Front Desk / Clinical Assistant who understands the demands of treating personal injury patients, can step in with minimal training, and provide concierge-level service.
If you have experience coordinating care for PI patients, communicating with attorneys and case managers, managing medical records, and keeping a busy clinic running efficiently, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Manage a busy front desk and high-volume patient schedule
- Check patients in and out, answer multi-line phones, and coordinate appointments
- Assist providers with patient care, rooming, vital signs, injections, and clinical documentation
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation
- Coordinate with attorneys, case managers, imaging centers, specialists, and physical therapy offices
- Process medical records, referrals, authorizations, and treatment documentation
- Ensure smooth patient flow while providing exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Personal Injury medical office experience strongly preferred
- Experience in Pain Management, Orthopedics, Spine, Neurology, or Chiropractic PI practices is highly desirable
- Strong front desk and clinical skills
- EMR experience required (Athena preferred)
- Excellent multitasking, communication, and organizational abilities
- Professional, courteous, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus

Competitive pay based on experience. May need to travel to our Port St. Lucie Office up to two times a week.
