Full Job Description

Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) — Trauma & Attachment Focus | Telehealth

Position type: Employee (W-2), commission-based · Part-time building to full-time
Schedule: 15+ clients/week, growing to a full caseload over ~3-6 months
Location: Remote / Telehealth
Compensation: $50 - $75 per completed session

We're hiring a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor to provide trauma- and attachment-focused psychotherapy via telehealth. This is a W-2 employee position with clinical supervision provided. You'll build up to a 15+ client per week caseload over 3-6 months. We handle scheduling, billing, intake, and referrals so you can focus on clinical work. Residents of Colorado, Texas or Georgia will be accepted but an LPCC in Colorado is required. LPCC may be applied for upon hire.

This position is best suited for a clinician who has somatic, IFS, EMDR or other alternative training already. EMDR training will be partially reimbursed should you join the team and want to train in it. Focus for clients is mainly long term trauma treatment.

We specialize in alternative types of therapy such as EMDR, somatic psychotherapy, IFS, AEDP, art therapy, psycho-spirituality, etc. We are a tight knit team of therapists and have a high value on a healthy work-life balance and low burn out. Our team members thrive in a smaller team setting with ethical, communicative, attentive and compassionate leadership.

This position is great for clinicians wanting to gain hours for licensure in a supportive and ethical team environment with great pay and minimal admin work. You will learn how to function successfully in a private practice, have a stable job with minimal documentation and no marketing work. Also great for those that wish to have flexibility in their schedule.

Duties

Conduct thorough intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs and treatment plans
Deliver trauma-informed, attachment-based care using evidence-based modalities
Participate in clinical supervision
Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clinical ethical guidelines and HIPAA compliance
Document clinical notes
Log sessions and hours for payroll
Engage in patient care coordination
Utilize HIPAA compliant telehealth platforms for remote therapy sessions
Provide individual psychotherapy to a caseload of 15+ clients per week by the 6 month mark

Requirements

Valid LPCC license in Colorado
Residence in Colorado, Texas or Georgia
Demonstrated experience in psychotherapy modalities such as somatic techniques, IFS, EMDR or other advanced or alternative training
Strong skills in working with adolescents, adults with complex trauma
Experience with assessing for appropriate level of care, trauma-informed care including PTSD
Familiarity with diagnosing and intakes
Knowledge of HIPAA compliant outpatient telehealth therapy practices
Ability to handle sensitive situations involving clients with complex trauma
Excellent communication skills combined with a compassionate approach to patient care; commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development
