Roofing Sales Manager / Door-to-Door Sales Expert

We do not just glance at a roof and push for a signature. We conduct detailed, forensic-style roof assessments designed to uncover storm-related damage, installation issues, and repair needs that many competitors miss.

We are looking for experienced Sales Managers, Door-to-Door Sales Professionals, and In-Home Sales Experts who are tired of high-pressure gimmicks and want to win business through knowledge, documentation, integrity, and trust.

What You’ll Do

As a Roofing Sales Manager / D2D Sales Expert, you will be responsible for generating opportunities, inspecting properties, educating homeowners, and helping clients make informed roofing decisions.

Responsibilities include:

Generate and qualify leads through neighborhood canvassing, referrals, networking, and strategic business development.
Perform detailed roof inspections using photos, documentation, and our forensic-style assessment process.
Educate homeowners on roof condition, storm damage, repair options, replacement options, and insurance vs. retail pathways.
Present roofing solutions clearly and professionally without using pressure-based sales tactics.
Manage the customer relationship from initial inspection through final walkthrough.
Maintain accurate notes, photos, follow-ups, and pipeline activity in the CRM.
Help deliver a 5-star customer experience from first contact to completed project.
Support future growth by helping identify, train, or lead additional sales team members as the company scales.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is experienced, disciplined, coachable, and capable of working independently.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of successful door-to-door, in-home, or high-activity sales experience.
Experience in roofing, construction, solar, restoration, home services, or insurance-related sales preferred.
Comfortable setting up and climbing ladders to perform roof inspections.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain roofing, construction, and insurance concepts in simple homeowner-friendly language.
Self-starter who does not need daily micromanagement to stay productive.
Valid driver’s license.
Reliable vehicle capable of transporting a ladder.
Professional appearance and strong customer-service mindset.

Compensation & Growth

This is a high-upside, performance-based sales role designed for people who want to be paid based on results.

First-Year OTE: $60,000 – $120,000+
Top Producer Potential: $200,000+ annually
Growth Path: Opportunity to move into leadership, train new sales representatives, and build your own “Sleuth” team as we expand.
