Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and strategic Traveling District Manager to lead our regional operations across multiple locations. This dynamic role involves overseeing business development, managing teams, and ensuring operational excellence while driving profitability. Duties
- Lead and manage multiple regional locations, ensuring consistent operational standards and excellent customer service
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow business revenue and market presence in assigned districts
- Supervise store managers and staff, fostering a motivated team environment focused on high performance
- Oversee profit & loss statements, budgeting, and financial performance to maximize profitability
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, implementing efficiencies that enhance service delivery and reduce costs
- Drive business development initiatives by establishing relationships with new clients and expanding existing accounts
- Coordinate project management efforts across locations to ensure timely execution of initiatives and compliance with company policies
Requirements
- Proven management experience with a strong background in supervising teams within jewelry, retail or service environments
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning, business development, and project management
- Knowledge of profit & loss management, sales strategies, and process improvement techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work culture
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple locations simultaneously
- Prior experience in supervising or managing sales operations is highly desirable
- Willingness to travel frequently between assigned districts to oversee operations firsthand
