The Director of Critical Care Services will oversee a comprehensive Critical Care Unit encompassing intensive care, high-acuity step-down, and rapid response services. Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Director of Critical Care Services will provide strategic oversight for clinical operations, staffing, budgeting, quality performance, and professional development across the ICU and progressive care environments. The Director of Critical Care Services will be supported by experienced nurse managers, charge nurses, and a highly skilled team of critical care registered nurses, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary clinicians dedicated to collaborative, compassionate care.
