Responsibilities

Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, using proper phone etiquette, and direct calls efficiently to appropriate departments or personnel
Manage front desk operations including handling mail, filing, and maintaining reception area tidiness
Assist with office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries accurately and courteously across various communication channels
Support administrative functions through word processing, proofreading documents, data entry, and maintaining organized files
Utilize computer skills to operate office equipment, update databases, and ensure smooth daily office operations

Skills

Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and visitors
Strong office management experience with familiarity in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Proven clerical experience including phone answering, filing, and administrative support
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client communication and professional phone etiquette
Skilled in managing multi-line phone systems and demonstrating exceptional organizational skills
Adept at time management to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Computer literacy with proficiency in word processing, calendar management, and general office software tools
Personal assistant experience or previous front desk roles that involved multitasking and client interaction
