What You'll Do

Lead dealership operations to maximize profitability and performance
Recruit, develop, and mentor high-performing management teams
Drive exceptional customer satisfaction and employee engagement
Monitor financial performance, inventory, and operational efficiency
Partner with executive leadership to achieve company objectives
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Deliver long-term business growth while exceeding manufacturer and company goals

3+ years of successful Automotive General Manager experience
Proven record of dealership leadership and profitability
Strong financial, operational, and team development skills
Results-driven leader with high integrity and professionalism
