Toll Architecture, a national full-service Toll Brothers company seeks a Senior Architectural CAD Technician for our team at our division office located in Grapevine, Texas.

What is the opportunity?

Highly skilled production drafting role working as part of a team developing/maintaining construction documents and permit sets. Capable of working independently on complex assignments as needed.

What are the primary responsibilities?

Production
- Able to take direction
- Complex drafting conditions
- Adhere to project workflow criteria
- Follow established standards and development procedures
- Preparation of permit construction documents
- Complex revisions to completed models
- Preparation of files to be used by other stakeholders
Collaboration
- Opportunities to collaborate with other Architectural stacks
- Engage and interact with all team members by sharing experiences, issues, resolutions, and best
  practices
- Encourage opportunities for continuous improvement by asking questions, identifying roadblocks
  and providing suggestions to managers
All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Do you have these qualifications?

Essential:
- Min. Required Education – Associate Degree or equivalent vocational/technical
  certification
- Required Software –AutoCAD, Excel, Word
- Architectural knowledge required
- 3+ years previous related experience
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Work in office 3-days per week. Additional in office days vary per Division/Department.
Preferred:
- Bachelor of Architecture
- Software –SketchUp, BIM360
- Construction knowledge
- Residential knowledge
