We provide customers with product sourcing, sales support, procurement coordination, inventory support, and supply chain solutions. Our team is focused on customer service, operational efficiency, and continued business growth.

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Purchase Order Processor to join our team in Denton, TX.

This position is responsible for accurately entering, reviewing, and maintaining purchase order information in the company’s system. The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to follow established procedures to support smooth order processing and internal operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter purchase order information into the company’s ERP or database system.

Review incoming purchase orders for completeness, accuracy, and required information.

Verify product descriptions, quantities, pricing, customer information, and order details before entry.

Maintain organized records of purchase orders and related documentation.

Communicate with internal teams to clarify missing or incorrect information.

Assist with order documentation, filing, and administrative support as needed.

Help maintain accurate and updated order records in the system.

Follow company procedures for data entry, documentation, and record keeping.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.

1–3 years of experience in data entry, order processing, administrative support, or a related role preferred.

Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Experience with ERP systems or order entry systems is a plus.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and manage repetitive data entry tasks accurately.

Good communication skills for working with internal departments.

Language

English required.
