Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Operations Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex projects that drive operational excellence across our organization. This role is vital in ensuring seamless program development, process improvements, and effective project delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management methodologies, change management, and team leadership, with a passion for optimizing business processes and fostering continuous improvement. As an Operations Project Manager, you will oversee multiple projects within a structured framework, ensuring alignment with strategic goals while managing resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations to deliver measurable results.

Duties

Ensure the achievement of physical and financial results of projects, planning and coordinating the necessary actions to manage, Considering the nature of the projects and assumptions negotiated with customers
Coordinate and guide all phases of introduction of new products to all areas of the company, customers and project tram including product transition analysis and planning
New Product, equipment and line set up construction.
Budget preparation for submission with headquarters final approvalfor kick off
Monitor logistics and customer process for achievement of customer goals
Business development for quotation process and charge of special expenses
Dedicated Customer representation

Qualifications

Proven experience supervising teams in a fast-paced environment with strong leadership capabilities in project management lifecycle practices.
Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies
NPI's
Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform data collection and analysis for informed decision-making.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement at all levels; adept at presentation skills and technical writing.
Experience in vendor management, contract negotiations, risk management strategies including Earned Value Management (EVM), and conflict management techniques.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure projects including ERP systems or content management systems is desirable.
