We inventory thousands of products as well as a very extensive selection of gift and holiday items and proudly serve thousands of businesses. With our world headquarters in Carrollton, Texas, we’ve been committed to delivering a sweet experience to every one of our customers since 1966.

Job Description

We are seeking a high energy, highly motivated sales professional that will be based in our corporate office to represent Redstone Foods entire product offering in an established territory. The selected individual will be responsible for the following:

Prospect/Acquire new customers utilizing intense cold-calling/other prospecting skills
Working with existing customers for new orders
Up-Selling ability to turn minimum order customers into maximum revenue accounts
Participation in the Dallas Market shows and two annual National Sales Meetings

Job Requirements

3 years inside sales experience: 5 years minimum outside sales experience
Excellent organizational and communication skills a must
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel)
Motivated to work independently with high integrity and intensity

We expect our inside/outside sales expert to manage existing business relationships while creating and growing new accounts. Travel outside of the office to the territory is part of the equation. This rewarding sales position includes a base rate in addition to monthly commissioned compensation. Other features include the opportunity to participate in our full benefit program, paid holidays, company matching 401k program and more. You will receive extensive policy/procedure/product training to arm you with all the tools/resources needed to be successful.
