As we continue to expand nationally, we are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our Denver headquarters. Position Overview

Our Relationship Managers are the primary point of contact for our Third-Party Originator (TPO) partners. You will manage loan transactions from initial pricing through funding while providing white-glove service that differentiates Diya from traditional lenders.

This is far more than a customer service position. You'll become a trusted advisor to our lending partners, helping them structure transactions, navigate underwriting, solve challenges, and close loans efficiently.

The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, industry knowledge and superior communication skills. Experience in real estate lending is a a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the dedicated Relationship Manager for an assigned portfolio of TPO partners.
Manage DSCR loan files from submission through funding while providing exceptional communication throughout the process.
Review pricing, loan structure, DSCR calculations, and guideline eligibility.
Conduct pipeline review meetings with lending partners to proactively identify and resolve issues.
Collaborate with underwriting, closing, and operations teams to ensure smooth loan execution.
Assist partners with loan scenarios and structuring solutions.
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking using Diya's loan origination platform.
Deliver an exceptional client experience that drives repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Successfully manage a high-volume pipeline with a goal of funding 20+ loans per month.

Performance Expectation: Manage a robust pipeline with the goal of closing 20 or more loans per month.

Qualifications and Experience

3+ years of experience in mortgage lending, private lending, real estate finance, property management, or a related industry.
Experience with DSCR, investment property, bridge, or business-purpose lending preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Solution-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a collaborative, high-performance environment.
Desire to grow professionally with a rapidly expanding company.

Compensation and Benefits

Total compensation potential: $100,000+ annually (base salary plus per-loan commission).
Performance-based bonus structure tied to funded volume.
