Hiring Phlebotomists & Medical Assistants – Join Our Growing Team at Any Lab Test Now!

We are looking for a person who is very customer service oriented. This position will work the front reception area, draw blood, perform drug testing, collect samples for DNA/Paternity and provide B-12 injections. Communication skills are a must for in-person interactions, on the phone and via email. You must have at least two years of phlebotomy experience as we are taking blood samples with most of our customers. We are looking for someone who is friendly, organized and good at multitasking.

We provide an incredible friendly environment for our employees and our customers. Our Lakewood, CO store has been in business for 2 years and we just opened Littleton, CO. We also expanding to Arvada/Golden, CO next year. You must be a solid team player and be willing to ensure every customer is the top priority.

Please only apply if you are highly proficient in Phlebotomy. This is a requirement.

Position Details

Part-time: 20-25 hours per week (some Saturdays, 9 AM - 2 PM required)
Full-time: 30-40 hours per week (some Saturdays, 9 AM - 2 PM required)

What We’re Looking For

Required:

2+ years of recent phlebotomy experience – Must be confident in drawing blood.
Exceptional patient interaction skills – Show empathy and professionalism.
Strong communication & sales ability – Experience selling services and making outbound calls preferred.
Organized & Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with MS Word, email, and quickly learning new software (QuickBooks experience is a plus).
Reliable & Motivated Team Player – We need self-starters who take pride in their work.

Preferred but Not Required:

Experience with Quest or LabCorp
Experience conducting drug screens
Background in sales or customer service
Ability to multitask in a medical retail setting
Interest or experience in marketing & promotions

Key Responsibilities:

Perform venipuncture and ensure patient comfort.
Provide medical administrative support, including intake and EHR maintenance.
Educate clients about available lab tests (without requiring a doctor’s prescription).
Handle outbound & inbound calls to explain services to businesses and customers.
Maintain accurate specimen collection, handling, and processing procedures.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and help enhance patient care.
