Mission of the Role
Amplify Capital is seeking an exceptionally organized, resourceful, and proactive Senior Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant to support its Managing Partners.
This individual will serve as a trusted partner responsible for helping the Managing Partners manage demanding schedules, competing priorities, business commitments, communications, travel, and selected personal matters.
This is not a traditional administrative position. The Senior Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant will operate at the center of a fast-moving investment organization and will have visibility across Amplify Capital’s investments, portfolio companies, real estate activities, investor relationships, and strategic initiatives.
The successful candidate will anticipate needs, solve problems independently, exercise excellent judgment, and bring structure to a dynamic entrepreneurial environment. The right person will be comfortable managing both significant business responsibilities and personal requests with professionalism, urgency, and complete discretion.
Outcomes We’ll Expect
Executive Support and Prioritization
- Manage complex calendars for the Managing Partners, including internal meetings, investment discussions, investor meetings, portfolio company reviews, personal commitments, and travel.
- Protect the Managing Partners’ time by proactively prioritizing commitments, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring their attention remains focused on the highest-value activities.
- Anticipate upcoming needs, deadlines, meetings, and potential conflicts before they require intervention.
- Provide timely reminders, daily schedules, meeting materials, addresses, travel details, and other information needed for the day.
- Serve as a dependable point of coordination among the Managing Partners, internal team members, portfolio company leaders, investors, professional advisors, and outside partners.
Meeting and Communication Management
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, presentations, business dinners, portfolio visits, and company events.
- Prepare agendas, background information, financial materials, presentations, and other meeting-related resources.
- Attend selected meetings, document decisions and action items, and follow up with responsible parties to ensure commitments are completed.
- Draft, review, organize, and distribute professional correspondence on behalf of the Managing Partners.
- Monitor communications and help identify items requiring immediate attention or follow-up.
- Maintain organized records of important discussions, commitments, contacts, and outstanding action items.
Travel and Logistics
- Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, dining reservations, meeting locations, and complete itineraries.
- Monitor travel schedules and proactively address delays, cancellations, and last-minute changes.
- Coordinate business and personal travel when schedules overlap.
- Track travel preferences, loyalty programs, confirmations, receipts, and related documentation.
Investment and Portfolio Support
- Assist with the coordination of investment opportunities, due diligence requests, closings, investor communications, and portfolio company initiatives.
- Organize investment documents, reports, presentations, financial information, and confidential records.
- Track deadlines, deliverables, approvals, signatures, and follow-up items associated with transactions and portfolio companies.
- Coordinate with attorneys, accountants, lenders, operators, consultants, property managers, and other professional partners.
- Support the preparation and distribution of investor updates, presentations, meeting materials, and other communications.
- Conduct basic research and assemble information to support business decisions and special projects.
Administrative and Organizational Management
- Establish and maintain efficient systems for documents, contacts, communications, tasks, and information management.
- Process expense reports, invoices, reimbursements, subscriptions, memberships, and selected payments.
- Assist with document execution, electronic signatures, filing, recordkeeping, and deadline management.
- Maintain accurate and confidential electronic files for business and selected personal matters.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative systems, workflows, and communication across the organization.
- Coordinate with administrative, accounting, operations, and portfolio company team members as needed.
Personal and Family Support
- Assist the Managing Partners with personal scheduling, reservations, appointments, household coordination, and family-related logistics.
- Coordinate personal travel, events, gifts, memberships, service providers, and special requests.
- Assist with personal errands and time-sensitive needs when appropriate.
- Maintain an appropriate separation between business and personal matters while protecting the confidentiality of both.
- Handle unexpected or sensitive requests calmly, professionally, and resourcefully.
Special Projects
- Take ownership of projects that do not fall within a traditional administrative role.
- Research options, recommend solutions, coordinate participants, and drive assignments through completion.
- Support company events, investor gatherings, charitable commitments, YPO activities, and other professional or community engagements.
- Step into operational gaps when necessary and help ensure important priorities do not stall.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 10 years of experience supporting a founder, owner, CEO, senior executive, family office, investment professional, or similarly demanding principal.
- Experience in private equity, real estate, financial services, family offices, professional services, or an entrepreneurial business environment is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars, frequent travel, confidential information, and competing priorities.
- Experience successfully supporting multiple senior executives or business owners simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Zoom, and electronic document-management platforms.
- Strong technology skills and the ability to quickly learn project-management, CRM, expense-management, and artificial-intelligence tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional local errands, meetings, or property visits.
- Ability to work primarily from the Denver office and provide reasonable flexibility outside standard business hours when urgent matters arise.

Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $100,000–$125,000 annually, based on the successful candidate’s experience, qualifications, and demonstrated ability to manage the full scope of the role.
