Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and Weekend shifts available
Pay: $28.00–$44.00/hr (based on skill level & experience)
Skills/Qualifications:

4+ years of CNC machining experience in an industrial setting

Proficiency in G & M code
-
Advanced blueprint interpretation and troubleshooting skills

Ability to collaborate in a team‑driven environment

Experience with ODI grinders, rigging, or crane operation

Familiarity with Mazatrol controls

Mastercam programming or editing experience

Strong manual machining experience

High school diploma or vocational certification

Job Description:

Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, grinders, and speed‑cell machines
-
Machine to tight tolerances of +/– .0001 using precision measurement tools

Perform 3–4 changeovers per day in a fast‑paced, high‑mix environment

Operate manual lathes, mills, and surface grinders
-
Drill, tap, mill, and perform hands‑on machining on manual equipment

Adjust offsets and program CNC lathes, mills, and surface grinders

Select proper tooling, gauging, and machining strategies
-
Apply geometry and trigonometry to real‑world machining tasks

Support assembly rework and production needs as required

Lift up to 50 lbs as part of daily operations

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $44.00/hr.
