Part-Time Office Manager — Truck Kings (Denver, CO)

Truck Kings | 444 S Federal Blvd, Denver, CO Part-time | In-person | 3–4 days per week, 10 AM – 5 PM Pay: $28 – $35 per hour, depending on experience **3+ Years of Automotive Dealership Experience Required**

Who We Are

Truck Kings has been Denver's home for custom and lifted trucks for over 20 years. We're an independent dealership that lives and breathes truck culture — Silverados, RAMs, F-150s, Sierras, and in-house custom builds. We're not a corporate store with layers of management. We're a tight crew that moves fast, and we need someone sharp running the office so the rest of us can keep selling and building trucks.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced part-time Office Manager who knows the dealership world. The schedule is 3–4 days per week, 10 AM to 5 PM — a set, predictable schedule with no nights and no weekends. This is the person who keeps the business side of Truck Kings running clean. If you've done this job at a dealership before, you already know what it takes: accuracy, follow-through, and the ability to juggle a dozen things without dropping any of them.

What You'll Handle

Day-to-day accounting: deal posting, floor plan managment, schedules, reconciliations, and month-end close
Title work: processing titles and registrations, DMV paperwork, out-of-state titles, and keeping deals funded and clean
Payroll: running payroll for the whole crew on schedule and keeping it accurate
Accounts payable: bill pay, vendor management, and keeping our accounts current
Deal paperwork: reviewing deal jackets for accuracy and completeness
Working directly with ownership on financial reporting and cash flow visibility
General office operations: phones, filing, and keeping the front office organized and professional

What You Need

3+ Years of Prior dealership office experience — this is a hard requirement. You need to know your way around deal jackets, title work, and dealership accounting
Payroll experience — you've run payroll before and know how to do it right
Working knowledge of a DMS (tell us which ones you've used)
Strong attention to detail — titles and money don't leave room for sloppy work
Ability to work independently and own your responsibilities without hand-holding
Comfortable in a fast-moving, small-team environment where everyone wears a few hats

Nice to Have

Colorado & out-of-state title and registration experience
QuickBooks or similar accounting software experience
Experience with a payroll platform (Gusto, ADP, Paychex, QuickBooks Payroll, etc.)
Experience at an independent dealership (you know how different we are from franchise stores)
