$ Salary Estimate: $423,000 - $610,000 / year

Job Summary:

HCA HealthONE Rocky Mountain Children’s is seeking a fellowship trained pediatric otolaryngologist to join their established, employed practice, HCA HealthONE Rocky Mountain Pediatric ENT, in central Denver, CO

Qualified Candidates:

Interest in joining an established pediatric ENT practice with a robust clinic and referral base
Excellent opportunity for candidates with an interest in cleft palates, cleft lips and/or Aerodigestive programs
Looking for a motivated, team player; interesting in working and growing in a busy practice
2026 start date preferred but not required
Board certified or board eligible in pediatric otolaryngology

Incentive/Benefits Package:

When applicable, may be eligible for additional compensation if engaged to provide call coverage services and/or administrative services.
Additional production based compensation may be available.
In some circumstances, a minimum base guarantee, sign on/commencement, educational reimbursement, quality incentive, and/or relocation bonuses may be contemplated. Bonuses are awarded situationally.

Rocky Mountain Children’s has over 140 beds, including 42 pediatric, 20 PICU and a Level IV, 84-bed NICU
