Full Job Description

Tone Medical Aesthetics is looking for an energetic, personable, and motivated individual to join our team as a Front Desk & Practice Growth Coordinator.

This is not just a receptionist position.

We are a growing medical aesthetics practice partnered with a world-renowned facial plastic surgeon. We offer recovery services for surgery patients as well as standard med spa services such as neurotoxin, fillers, laser treatments, facials and more. We're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people and wants to play an active role in helping the practice grow.

What You'll Do

Create a welcoming, luxury experience for every client
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk
Follow up with new clients and prospective clients/leads
Help keep clients engaged and on track with their treatment plans
Assist with client reactivation and outreach
Help promote services and programs within the office
Assist with social media, photos, videos, and simple content creation
Help organize community outreach and referral relationships
Keep the office organized and identify things that need to get done
Guiding clients to their treatment area and getting them comfortably set up

Who We're Looking For

You might be a great fit if you are:

Naturally friendly, confident, and comfortable talking with people
Proactive
Organized and able to juggle several responsibilities
Dependable and good at following through
Comfortable making phone calls and following up with people
Interested in beauty, skincare, wellness, or aesthetics
Comfortable learning how to educate people about our services
Willing to appear in or help create social media content
Someone who brings energy to the workplace
Experience with booking software such as Boulevard is preferred
Experience with lead follow up/conversion and CRM use is preferred

Medical aesthetics experience is preferred, but personality, initiative, and reliability matter more to us than having worked in a medspa before.

About Tone Medical Aesthetics

We're a boutique, luxury medical aesthetics practice in Denver. We are co-owned by Dr. Okland of Okland Facial Plastic Surgery. We offer recovery services for his patients as well as med spa services like neurotoxin, fillers, laser treatments, facials, and additional skin and wellness services.

Because we're a small office, every team member matters. You won't disappear into a large organization—you'll have the opportunity to help shape how the practice operates and grows.

We want someone who takes ownership of their role, enjoys helping people, and wants to grow alongside the practice.

Schedule

This position will begin part-time, ideally from noon to close (5 or 6 pm) with the potential for additional hours and responsibilities as the practice grows.
