Full Job Description

We are currently seeking a Kitchen Sanitation Supervisor for a cold-storage Distribution Center in Brighton, CO.

Salary: $57,784 - $60,000.00

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of sanitation staff to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
- Train and mentor sanitation staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols
- Inspect work areas to ensure compliance with sanitation standards
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and coordinate orders as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to address sanitation issues and maintain a clean and safe environment
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to sanitation staff
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to cleanliness

Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Experience in commercial cleaning, including knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment

-Ability to read and comprehend procedure manuals for chemical mixing and cleaning procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in MS Office applications for creating reports and maintaining records
