As we continue to expand nationally, we are seeking a Jr. Relationship Manager to join our Denver headquarters. Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Junior Relationship Manager to join our fast-paced lending team. This is a foundational role designed for someone looking to build a career in private money lending and mortgage sales.

In this role, you will work directly under the guidance of a Senior Relationship Manager, supporting the lifecycle of DSCR rental loans. You will be the engine behind the scenes—ensuring data accuracy, coordinating third-party reports, and helping move deals from initial submission to a successful closing. This is an excellent opportunity to learn loan structuring, pricing, and credit analysis from the ground up.

The ideal candidate is a self starter as well as a team player that is interested in learning and will bring strong organizational skills, industry knowledge and superior communication skills. Experience in real estate lending is a a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Pipeline Support: Follow loans from submission to closing, assisting the Senior Relationship Manager with daily tasks and maintaining accurate "needs lists" for Third-Party Originators (TPOs).
Data & System Management: Review new loan submissions, enter data into internal systems, and pull credit and background reports for prospective borrowers.
Due Diligence: Conduct lease and insurance reviews for large, multi-asset portfolio loans to ensure they meet underwriting standards.
Process Coordination: Monitor title and appraisal orders, coordinating with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely completion.
File Maintenance: Review documents for accuracy, update loan files, and manage status changes to ensure the pipeline moves efficiently.

Total compensation potential: $75,000+ annually (base salary plus per-loan commission).
