Full Job Description

Job description

The National Commercial Escrow Assistant/Processor must possess the ability to effectively assist the National Escrow Officers in the preparation and closing of residential, builder and/or commercial real estate transactions. Assist with customer service requests, perform administrative tasks, enter new orders, process and collect necessary items for closing, prepare documents, and complete all paperless functions after closing.

Job Summary:

Maintain strong and accurate attention to detail along with strong ability to prioritize and multi-task in a highly productive manner.
Utilize understanding of escrow, title standards and company underwriting guidelines associated with a wide variety of transactions.
Work directly with clients, realtors, lenders and attorneys as it relates to the escrow assistant/processor function of the transaction.
Maintain escrow records and files in accordance with company guidelines across multi-state lines
Perform with teamwork mindset and close customer relations of both title staff and customers to meet closing timelines and requirements.
Answer phones in a professional manner, capture pertinent information from clients, and route incoming calls to proper person
Collecting, sorting and distributing incoming mail
General clerical duties such as scanning, filing, creating new files
Creating and managing e-mails, memos, letters, reports
Manage office supply inventory
Maintain collaboration across organizational boundaries that enable success within cross functional processes
Must have excellent problem solving capability and analytical abilities

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft
Minimum of 3+ years Escrow Assistant/Processor Experience- Residential/Commercial/National Experience a plus
Valid State Producer’s License preferred
Exceptional verbal/written communication, organizational, problem solving capability and analytical skills
Must be self-starter with ability to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour
