What You'll Do as a Painting Foreman

Lead and direct painting crews on residential, commercial, and industrial projects while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.

Perform skilled duties, including prep work, priming, sanding, etc., as they pertain to each project.

Coordinate daily jobsite activities with general contractors, customers, and team members to keep projects on schedule, organized, and compliant with company and industry safety standards.

Train, mentor, and develop Lead Painters, Painters, and Painter Apprentices while promoting craftsmanship and professional growth.

Review project specifications, blueprints, finish schedules, and scope-of-work documents to ensure accurate execution.

Manage project documentation, including time records, change orders, scheduling updates, and communication with the office team.

Maintain customer relationships by providing progress updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring exceptional project outcomes.

Experienced Craftsman: Brings 5+ years of journeyman-level painting experience in residential, commercial, and/or industrial environments with expertise in a wide range of coatings, finishes, and surface preparation techniques.

Clear Communicator: Builds positive relationships with customers, general contractors, and team members while keeping projects organized and moving forward.
