Overview

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel General Manager at a Hilton Property, where you will lead the overall operations of a vibrant hotel property. This pivotal role requires a passionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence. You will oversee all facets of hotel management, from guest relations and team supervision to financial performance and strategic planning. Your energetic leadership will inspire teams, optimize revenue, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality service across every touchpoint.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to brand standards.
Supervise and motivate hospitality teams, fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth and high performance.
Manage hospitality operations budgets, including revenue management, expense control, and financial reporting to maximize profitability.
Implement and maintain hotel guest service standards to deliver outstanding guest experiences consistently.
Utilize property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation systems to optimize booking processes and guest data management.
Lead human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and managing employee relations.
Coordinate night audit procedures, ensuring accurate financial reconciliation and compliance with internal controls.
Develop strategic plans for revenue growth, marketing initiatives, and operational improvements.
Maintain effective communication with staff through managerial communication channels and multi-line phone systems while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Monitor hotel guest relations programs to enhance customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards across the property.

Experience

Proven supervisory experience within the hospitality industry, ideally in hotel management roles.
Extensive knowledge of hotel management operations including revenue management, budgeting, financial operations, and human resources.
Hands-on experience with property management systems (PMS), hospitality reservation systems, and multi-line phone systems.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent managerial communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence and guest relations.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively.
Demonstrated ability to oversee daily hotel operations while managing hospitality teams with professionalism and enthusiasm.
