Full Job Description

Burg Simpson is a fast-paced law firm looking to add a motivated and energetic Receptionist / Office Services Clerk. The duties and responsibilities include:

Second-chair front desk Receptionist duties (answering phones, greeting clients, employees and visitors, etc.)
Copy center services that include copying, scanning, binding and filing projects
Mail and delivery services that include processing, tracking and distributing incoming and outgoing deliveries and mail
Maintenance of copy centers, office kitchens and associated supplies
Prepare and handle deliveries, pickups and running errands; and
Other general office duties.

The position requires:

2-5 years of solid work experience in a professional work environment with at least 1 year of front desk receptionist experience
Microsoft Office 365 products proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel)
A valid Colorado driver’s license
Reliable transportation
Proof of automobile insurance, and
The ability to lift 30+ lbs.

Knowledge of printers and copiers is preferred. Previous law firm experience and English / Spanish bilingual fluency is a plus.

STARTING SALARY: $43,500+, with access to discretionary year-end bonus and annual 401k firm contribution.

Pay: From $43,500.00 per year
