Nylund’s Collision Center is a premier luxury auto body repair facility in Englewood, CO specializing in premium brands like Lexus, Toyota, and Lucid. Our locally-owned family business has been serving the Denver metro and surrounding Front Range areas for over 30 years. At Nylund's Collision Center we prioritize the guest experience above all else. We strictly follow OEM brand recommendations to deliver the highest quality and safest repairs possible. Nylund's Collision is a non DRP facility that only used OEM parts as a result.

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Body Shop Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage and providing accurate estimates for repairs. This role requires a strong understanding of OEM automotive repair processes, as well as excellent guest service skills to effectively communicate with all individuals involved with the repair process.

Responsibilities

Evaluate damaged vehicles to determine the extent of repairs needed.
Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for repair work.
Communicate effectively with guests regarding their vehicle's condition and repair options.
Collaborate with technicians to ensure all necessary repairs are accounted for in estimates.
Submit estimates for insurance approval and facilitate inspections from field appraisers
Handle transactions and maintain accurate records of payments.
Provide exceptional guest service throughout the repair process.
Stay updated on industry trends, repair techniques, and automotive diagnostics.
Training for manufacturer certifications (travel may be required).

Skills

Proficiency with Toyota, Lexus, and Lucid brands a plus.
Experience with CCC One estimating software.
Knowledge of OEM repair processes.
Strong attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of electric vehicles.

Work Days:

Monday to Friday
Rotating weekends
